What is mEARs Connect Mobile 2

With LifeCare mEARs - Connect Mobile 2, you can get help with a simple press of panic button. Connected through the mobile phone via bluetooth, no home gateway or landline is needed. Your loved ones and caregivers are informed on your whereabouts when the panic button is pressed and they are one call away through the LifeCare Mobile App.

Emergency Alert and Response

When the BT panic button is pressed, caregivers and loved ones will receive a push notification with user’s current location on their LifeCare Mobile App and an option to make a call to the user.

Push Notifications with Escalation

Support up to 4 users for Level 1 & 2 response, in which Level 1 users are notified first-hand to respond within a programmable time limit. Failing which, Level 2 users will be notified to respond. Optionally, subscription for Level 3 - 24/7 call center response service is available to ensure final response by professional responders
